Inno-Immune contains:
Epicor®: Enhances the body’s immune reaction by activating natural killer (NK) cells and increasing the levels of CD4 “helper cells” and at the same time decreasing levels of CD8 “suppressor” cells. Also increases the levels of secretory IgA – a major first line of defense in infections that enter via mucosal surfaces (mouth, nasal passages, gastrointestinal tract). Secretory IgA has proven to be a powerful antiviral agent and makes our mucous membranes far more impervious to pathogens.
Oregano: Evidence suggests the leaf and essential oil have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and expectorant activity.
Zinc: Important for normal functioning of the immune system. Zinc is key to proper white blood cell activity (T-cells, NK cells, and lymphocytes), and may be directly involved in antibody production to help you fight infections.
Vitamin D3: A potent immune system modulator essential for T cells and antigen-presenting cells, such as macrophages. It also increases the body's production of antimicrobial peptides and natural antibiotics (e.g. cathelicidin). These compounds directly and rapidly destroy the cell walls of bacteria, fungi, and viruses, including the influenza virus, and play a key role in keeping the lungs free of infection.
